Synopsis

From the United States to Armenia, young Armenians of the Diaspora come to their homeland with two missions: to build bridges with their local counterparts and make Armenia greener and healthier.
Armenia is bigger than Yerevan. There is the beauty of Khor Virap, the blue Sevan Lake, the green mountains of Lori. Armenia conceals an important treasure: its nature.
Unfortunately, the country faces the danger of deforestation. The documentary Get Rooted with Building Bridges shows how solutions can be set up with young Armenians from different parts of the world.
Together, locals and young Armenians from the Diaspora dig the ground, plant seeds and trees.
Through meetings, discussions, trainings, Armenian Diasporan children realize the importance of preserving and connecting with their environmental heritage.
